					micromechanical pressure sensors. They have proven highest 
					quality standards in the field. The monolithically 
					integrated silicon pressure sensor is a smart high precision 
					measurement device.
					   The sensor element with evaluation circuit is fully 
					calibrated and tested. It is available in different 
					housings. The outstanding accuracy of down to 0.25% and 
					their high robustness make the sensors ideal for 
					applications e.g. GPS navigation enhancement, in- and
